As you can see, these side effects are tolerable and transient. However, you need to alert your doctor if these side effects become intolerable even after a long time.

Dosage of Travatan Z
Travatan Z must be applied as per the dosage prescribed by your doctor. You must not administer more drops than what your doctor specifies. You can find more information on the dosage of Travatan Z in the patient information leaflet that comes with this medication.
Wash and dry your hands before applying Travatan Z. After you clean your hands, tilt your head back and position the dropper a few inches above the eye which needs to be treated. Look up before application, pull down the eyelid, and administer the recommended number of drops in the eye. Once the drops have been applied, the eye should be closed immediately. You may apply gentle pressure on the corner of the eye where the tear ducts are located to avoid the medication from draining into the duct.
