Ranexa is referred to as an anti-angina drug. The drug is used for treating patients having chronic angina. Besides, the dose is increased to 1000 mg based on the patient's symptoms and response. This dose of 1000 mg is also taken daily twice. However, the dose should not exceed more than 1000 mg.
