What is Soltamox Oral Solution?

How does Soltamox Oral Solution work?

Nolvadex works by blocking the spread of cancerous cells by interfering with the effects of estrogen in the breast tissue.

How to use Soltamox Oral Solution

Take Nolvadex in the manner prescribed by the doctor. Taking it for longer periods or in larger amount than recommended can cause health problems.

The medicine is usually taken orally, in tablet form. However, you may even use the liquid form of the medicine, but make sure you use only the special dose-measuring device to measure the liquid and not the regular tablespoon or teaspoon.

Remember to take Nolvadex every day and at the same time to get best results.

Soltamox Oral Solution warnings and precautions

Do not take Nolvadex if you are allergic to it or if you have a history of blood clotting in the lungs or legs.

Women suffering from ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) and with a high risk of breast cancer must necessarily discuss the benefits of this medicine with their doctor.

Discuss with your doctor if you are using medicines to treat cytotoxic cancer, have a high blood calcium level, low white blood cell count, high cholesterol or lipid levels, or if you have had cataract or other vision problems, in the past. Abstain from alcohol while you are under this medication as it can lead to serious side effects.

Pregnant and lactating women should not use this medicine without consulting their doctors.

What do I do if I have missed a Soltamox Oral Solution dose?

If you have missed a Nolvadex dose, take it as soon as you remember. Skip the missed dose if it is time for the regular dose. Do not take two doses at once to make up.
