Remember not to use this medicine for more than 2 weeks at a stretch.

If you have missed a dose of Diprolene use it as soon as you remember it. In case it has neared your next dose then you may skip your missed dose and continue with your usual dosage. You should never double your dose.

If you have taken an overdose of Diprolene, you should seek medical help right away.

Diprolene AF side effects
Diprolene side effects include itching, dryness or burning sensation at the application site when the medicine is applied for the first time. This kind of side effects should disappear within few days as your body starts getting adjusted to the medicine. If any of these side effects continue, do contact your doctor right away.
More serious side effects from Diprolene include stretch marks, skin discoloration or thinning, extreme or unwanted hair growth, acne, hair bumps. Skin infection can even become worse after applying Diprolene. So you should consult your doctor at once.
