Shipping Info
Once we receive your prescription and payment has been made, our pharmacist will ship the medication to the mailing address you have provided on your patient registration form. You can receive up to a 90 days supply of medication.
The shipping fee is $10.00 per order. There are no handling or customs fees. The package is delivered by Canada Post right to your doorstep.
We suggest that customer living in the same location combine their order to be shipped to the same address, allowing them to pay the shipping charges only once.
Tracking
To track down your package you require a tracking number.
Call our Customer Care Center or log in to your account at www.affordabledrugs.com to retrieve your tracking number. You can then visit Canada Post to track your package.
Return and Cancellation Policy
AffordableDrugs allows you to cancel your order without any penalties or charges unless it has been already shipped. Once the order has been shipped it can not be returned or any monies refunded, unless the medication provided to you does not correspond with your original prescription. AffordableDrugs will replace the medication in case the pharmacy ships a medication that does not correspond with your prescription.

- Reviews and verifies the medical history submitted and approves the prescription
Canadian-licensed pharmacist:
- Reviews the prescription for potential drug interactions and allergic reactions.
- Available to answer patient inquiries
- Patients can receive up to a 90-day supply of medication
Customer Care Expert:
- Informs and answers patient’s questions.
- Guides patients through the ordering process.
- Contacts physician for patient’s prescription.
- Contacts patients for refill reminders.
